The other bedroom is not furnished, and also has a closet. The bathroom you can see in the enclosed pictures, roomy shower. Kitchen has a stove and fridge. The dining room has a glass table top with beautiful white stone base, six chairs and cupboard. Large living room area, unfurnished now but I can provide a futton and side glass top table if needed. Laundry patio covered with policarbonate so no rain on it. No humidity or mildew. Ceiling fans. Parking area. Roof terrace with great view of the bay. Access to gardens. You can have a patio table in the garden if you like. Very private, must be seen. I am looking for a long term rental (one year).
