We have two 2 bedroom, one bathroom units located in San Pancho, available for rent. The home is located near the San Pancho pueblo, approximately a 5 minute walk to the beach and town center. The house has wifi and laundry facilities! The second story unit, has a slight ocean view and is available now thru May; asking $800 USD per month. The ground level unit is available Nov 15th thru the end of May; asking $700 USD per month. Both units are identical, although the second story unit has a balcony with a slight ocean view.

The house is owned by the local San Pancho Sea Turtle Project and the proceeds of the rentals go to support the sea turtle project and it is possible that when you are there it may also be the dates of turtle nesting/releasing season....and that those who are staying during that time might get the opportunity of seeing some turtle hatchlings and watching them being released!
